Refund policy

At Celesté Pets we want you to love every purchase. If something is not right we are here to help.

Change of Mind Returns You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and seals intact. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Food, treats, medication and consumable products cannot be returned for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect please contact us within 7 days with photos and a short video. We will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

How to Start a Return Contact us at shop@celestestore.com.au with your order number before sending anything back. Do not return items without prior approval.
