About Celesté Pets

Celesté Pets (ABN 86 700 345 214) is an Australian online pet store. We are a retailer, not a manufacturer or producer of any products sold on our store. We are proudly partnered with Southern Pet Supplies for product sourcing and order fulfilment across our entire catalogue.

Orders and Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at our discretion. Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without notice.

Shipping

We ship to all addresses across Australia. Standard flat rate shipping is $14.99 for orders under 5kg. Orders over 5kg are charged at $14.99 plus $1.20 per kilogram over 5kg. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Returns and Refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to request a change of mind return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Full refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item. Food, treats and consumable products cannot be returned for change of mind.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or circumstances outside our control.

Consumer Rights

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law including guarantees as to acceptable quality and fitness for purpose.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
