Celesté Pets operates celestestore.com.au as an online retail store selling premium pet products to customers across Australia. We are a registered Australian business trading under the name Celesté Pets with ABN 86 700 345 214.

Product Sourcing Disclosure: Celesté Pets is a retailer, not a manufacturer or producer of any products sold on our store. We do not manufacture, formulate or produce any of the products listed on celestestore.com.au. All products are sourced from and fulfilled by our trusted supplier partner. We are proudly partnered with Southern Pet Supplies for product sourcing and order fulfilment across our entire catalogue. Southern Pet Supplies is a licensed Australian pet product distributor based in South Australia. All products sold through Celesté Pets are genuine, Australian-compliant products sourced directly through this partnership.

These Terms apply to all users of the site including browsers, customers and anyone who accesses our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

By using our store you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information when creating an account or placing an order
• You may not transfer or share your account with any other person
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

We make every effort to accurately represent our products including descriptions, images and pricing. However please note:

• Product colours may appear differently on different screens and devices
• Product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at any time
• We do not warrant that product quality will meet every individual expectation

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until we send you an order confirmation email.

• We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion
• Payment must be received and processed before your order is accepted
• Please review your order carefully before submitting as we may be unable to cancel orders once accepted
• If we decline or cancel your order we will notify you by email and issue a full refund
• All purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale

All prices displayed on our store are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Prices are subject to change without notice
• The price charged will be the price shown at the time your order is placed
• Shipping costs are additional and shown clearly at checkout
• Flat rate shipping of $14.99 applies to all orders under 5kg across Australia. Orders over 5kg incur an additional $1.20 per kilogram over 5kg
• Promotional pricing is subject to separate terms and available for limited periods only

By placing an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that all payment details are accurate and complete.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery timeframes from dispatch are:

• Australia: 5 to 8 business days from dispatch

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing or circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched and transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. We will provide tracking information via email so you can monitor your delivery.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Our full returns and refunds process is outlined in our Returns Policy. In summary:

• You have 14 days from delivery to request a change of mind return. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached
• Change of mind returns require the customer to cover return shipping costs
• Damaged or incorrect items are covered by us including return shipping
• Full refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return

All content on celestestore.com.au including but not limited to our logo, brand name, product images, text, graphics and design is the property of Celesté Pets or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without prior written consent
• Our brand name Celesté Pets and logo may not be used without our permission
• Personal non-commercial use of our store content is permitted
• Shopify trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of Shopify Inc

Your privacy is important to us. All personal information we collect is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

Our store is powered by Shopify which also processes certain personal information to enable our store to function. By using our store you acknowledge that your data may be processed by Shopify in accordance with Shopify's Privacy Policy.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our store. All analytics data is anonymised. We never sell your personal data to any third party. You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time.

You may use our store for lawful purposes only. You must not use our store to:

• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent or malicious activity
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of Celesté Pets or any third party
• Transmit spam, malware, viruses or any harmful code
• Scrape, copy or extract data from our store using automated tools or AI agents without our consent
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other user accounts
• Harass, abuse or harm any person connected with our store
• Purchase products for commercial resale without our prior written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our store for any user who violates these terms without prior notice.

We welcome and value genuine customer feedback. If you submit a review, comment or suggestion to us you grant Celesté Pets a non-exclusive royalty-free licence to use, publish and display that feedback for the purposes of operating and improving our store and products.

• Feedback must be honest, accurate and your own original content
• We reserve the right to remove feedback that is unlawful, offensive or misleading
• We are not obligated to respond to or act on any feedback submitted
• You must disclose any incentives received in connection with your review

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Celesté Pets will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or purchase of our products.

Celesté Pets is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control including but not limited to shipping carrier delays, natural disasters or system outages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Celesté Pets, its officers, employees and service providers from any claims, damages or losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your use of our store in a manner not permitted by these Terms.

Our store is built and powered by Shopify Inc. All sales and purchases you make are made directly with Celesté Pets. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Celesté Pets, including any product related claims or losses.

By using our store you expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims arising from your purchases and transactions with Celesté Pets.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our store will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable Australian law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page with an updated date. We will notify you of any material changes in accordance with applicable law.

Your continued use of our store after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
