Description
Pigs ears have been a staple in Australian dog households for decades for a simple reason: almost every dog will take one. If you have a dog that turns its nose up at most treats, this is usually the one that works.
They are slow dried rather than cooked hard, which leaves them tough enough to take real chewing but pliable enough that they do not shatter the way a very hard chew can. That texture is what makes them a good middle option between a soft treat and a bone.
Nothing is added. They are all natural, high in protein and slow dried, and come in three pack sizes so you can buy a few at a time or stock up properly.
- All natural, high protein, slow dried
- Pliable texture that takes chewing without shattering
- Widely accepted, useful for fussy dogs
- 5 pack for trying them out
- 10 pack for regular feeding
- Pack of 100 for multi dog households, breeders and kennels
Feeding and safety
Pigs ears are a rich treat, so feed them in moderation and count them as part of the daily food intake rather than on top of it. Introduce them gradually if your dog has not had them before, and supervise while chewing, removing the last piece once it is small enough to swallow whole. Keep fresh water available.
If you want a leaner option, our treats and chews range includes cow ears, which many owners use as a lower fat alternative.
