The X-Small is the puppy collar

If you are between sizes
Measure around the base of the neck where the collar will sit, not high under the jaw, and check two fingers fit between the tape and the coat. Where two sizes overlap, either will fit, so choose on width: the narrower size looks finer on a small dog, the wider one spreads pressure better on a dog who pulls.
Washing
It is washable at 30 degrees. Put it in a wash bag so the buckle and D-ring are not thrown around the drum, then air dry it rather than using a tumble dryer, which is what shortens the life of the print and the plastic.
