Strong enough?
The straight answer, up front. Cocopup London says this is not a heavy duty lead and that the range is made for smaller breeds and lighter use. For a puppy, a small dog or a steady medium dog, it is a lovely, well finished everyday lead. For a big dog who throws themselves to the end of the lead after a bird, it is not the right equipment, and knowing that now is far better than learning it when something gives way.
Washing
Puppies find mud. Wash the lead at 30 degrees in a wash bag to shield the clip and the print, then hang it to dry. No tumble drying.
