How to measure
Use a soft tape. The neck is measured at the base, where the harness will actually sit, not up near the ears. The chest is measured at its widest point, just behind the front legs. Check both figures against the table. If your dog lands between two sizes, choose the larger, because both straps tighten down and you can always take up slack. Buying for a puppy means buying for their size now, not the size you expect in two months, since a loose harness is one a dog can back out of.
