Description
HeartGard Plus is a monthly chewable tablet that protects dogs against heartworm while also treating and controlling roundworm (ascarids) and hookworm. Each tablet is flavoured like real beef, so most dogs take it happily rather than needing to be tricked or forced. Heartworm remains a real risk across Australia - not every dog in a community is on a preventative, and the disease can also cycle through wildlife such as seals and bandicoots, so unprotected dogs stay exposed even in areas that seem low-risk.
