The Outdoor Keeper solves two problems that come with feeding a LickiMat outside: pets nudging or chewing the mat out of position, and insects crawling in from underneath. A surrounding tray holds the mat firmly in place while pets lick, and a deep water moat around the edge acts as a barrier that keeps ants and other crawling insects from reaching the food. A patent-pending notch built into the tray makes it easy to lift the mat back out once you’re done, and the whole thing doubles as a standard feeding bowl when you want to use it without a mat inserted. It fits every mat in the Classic and Tuff LickiMat ranges and is fully dishwasher safe.
