Foods like yoghurt, soaked kibble, raw or wet food get scraped onto the textured interior, and the repetitive licking this encourages helps release calming endorphins, making it a useful distraction during anxious moments as well as everyday enrichment. Partially freezing a prepared pot extends the licking session further, though a full freeze is best avoided since it can tempt dogs to bite and chew rather than lick. It also works as a stand-alone feeding bowl for smaller dogs, holding around half a cup of food. Made from plant-based natural rubber with no BPA, PVC, phthalates or silicone, it’s dishwasher, freezer and microwave safe, and it’s genuinely recyclable at the end of its life.
