The MiniJumbuk Jumbuk Swag is a reversible wool dog mattress for dogs that sleep stretched flat and need a bed that works in more than one place. One face is soft wool fleece for inside the home, the other is a tough water resistant fabric for the ute tray, the crate, the car boot or wet ground at the beach. Flip it over and the same mattress changes its job. Made in Naracoorte, South Australia from Australian wool.

On a flat mattress the sleep zone and overall dimension sit close together since there are no walls to account for. Measure your dog nose to base of tail lying flat and add 15-20cm. If going into a crate or car footwell, measure that space too and size to whichever number is smaller. Between sizes, go up.
Why a Reversible Wool Dog Mattress
A synthetic mat insulates in one direction only - it traps heat, which is why most poly beds end up abandoned in warmer months. Wool regulates in both directions, insulating against cold ground and releasing excess heat when the dog is warm after a run. It also wicks moisture away from the coat, handling a damp dog or a warm one without becoming smelly between washes. The water resistant reverse means you are not putting a clean wool mattress against a wet ute tray or muddy grass - the right side faces the mess, the wool side faces the dog.
