The Nutrafin Slow Dissolving Fish Feeder is a holiday food block for tropical and cold water aquariums. You drop it in before you leave and it releases food gradually while nobody is home to feed the tank. Choose the 3 day feeder in an 18g four pack or the single 35g 7 day block.
The usual alternatives are worse than people expect. Asking a neighbour almost always ends in overfeeding, and tipping in a few days of flake before you go simply dumps food that nobody eats. That surplus rots, releases ammonia, and your filter bacteria cannot keep pace with a sudden load, so you come home to cloudy water and stressed fish. A solid block avoids this because the food only becomes available as the block slowly breaks down, which keeps the amount in the water at any moment small.

Warmer water and lower pH dissolve the block faster. Around 24 to 25 degrees C with a pH of 6.8 to 7.2 gives the intended rate, while a higher pH slows it down, so allow for that on a longer trip.
