Description
Read this before you pick a size. Snooza sizes this blanket to the dog, not to a bed. Small is for toy and small breeds, Large is for medium, large and giant breeds. It is not a fitted cover for a Small or Large Cuddler bed and it will not zip onto anything. Order by the animal, not by the furniture, and you will get the right one.
With that out of the way: this is the long pile Cuddler fabric in blanket form, reversible, with Chinchilla on one face and Silver Fox on the other, so the same throw reads as two different greys depending on which way you lay it. It has no fill and no structure, which is the point. Dogs who have already annexed one end of the couch, or who ride in the back of the car, or who have a favourite patch of carpet by the heater, get the bed range's texture in the place they have actually chosen to sleep. It also takes the wear that would otherwise land on your upholstery, and a blanket is far easier to throw in the machine than a whole sofa cushion.

How to choose your size
Those two rows come straight from Snooza's own size guide, where the blanket row is matched against dog categories rather than bed sizes. If your dog sits on the line between small and medium, the Large is the safer buy, because a blanket that is too big simply folds and a blanket that is too small gets dragged around until it covers nothing. Think about the job as well as the dog. If the blanket is meant to cover a couch cushion or the back seat of a hatchback, measure that surface and buy to it. If it is only ever going to be draped over one sleeping dog, buy to the dog. For reference, Snooza's chart puts toy and small dogs in a Medium Cuddler bed, so the Small blanket is the one that pairs with the smaller beds, though it drapes rather than fits.
- Reversible double sided plush, Chinchilla on one side and Silver Fox on the other
- 100% polyester in a furnishing grade weight
- No fill, so it folds down small for the car or a crate
- Machine washable at 40C, line dry preferred or tumble dry on low
- Do not iron, do not dry clean, do not bleach
Being fair about what it is not: there is no padding here, so a blanket laid on floorboards gives a dog almost no cushioning. An older dog with sore joints needs a foam bed underneath it, not a blanket instead of one. And long pile fur is a magnet for hair and grass seeds, so plan on washing it regularly rather than expecting it to stay pristine.
If you want the padded bed this fabric comes from, you can compare bed styles across the range and pair the two.
