Description
This is a drying mat, not a bed. The Snooza SupaDry Microfibre Noodle Mat in Zinc is built for the two minutes after a walk in the rain, a bath or a swim at the beach, when a soaking dog is heading straight for your floorboards. Put it inside the back door, at the bottom of the laundry steps, in the boot of the car or across the floor of a crate, and let the dog walk over it or settle on it while the water comes off.

One size: 90cm x 60cm. Snooza publishes this mat in a single size only and does not list a thickness, a weight limit or a breed guide for it, so we have not invented one.
How to choose
Because there is only one size, the decision is about placement rather than about your dog. Measure the doorway, crate floor or patch of hallway you want covered: at 90cm x 60cm the mat spans a standard internal doorway and sits comfortably inside most medium and large crates. A big dog does not need a bigger mat here, since they only need to stand or shake on it, not stretch out. If you are covering a wide sliding door or a double entry, two mats side by side work better than one.
The noodle pile is why it outperforms a towel. Thousands of long microfibre strands give it far more surface area than a flat woven mat of the same footprint, so it pulls water and grit out from between the toes instead of pushing it around. Two different pile heights are used across the mat to trap dirt as well as moisture.

Honest about what it is not: there is no foam, no padding and no support layer, so it is not the bed to buy for a dog who needs somewhere to sleep, and a determined chewer will find the noodle pile very pluckable.
