Tetra Tropical Colour Flakes is a complete daily diet for tropical fish that feed at the top and middle of the tank, with natural colour enhancers worked into the recipe. Tetras, barbs, gouramis and similar community species all do well on it. Available in 20g, 52g and 200g.
Colour in aquarium fish is not fixed. A neon tetra or a cherry barb bought bright at the shop can fade over a few months on a thin diet, and owners usually blame the lighting when the food is the real cause. Colour enhancers give the fish the raw material it needs to keep laying down pigment, so the markings hold instead of washing out.
