Joeys at this stage range from furless pinkies to fine fur, with eyes closed to just opened, and are fully pouch bound and completely dependent on milk. The formula matches early to mid lactation possum milk, with protein rich in cysteine and methionine to promote good hair growth. Hand rearing furless possums and gliders is specialised work best undertaken by experienced carers.
